研究目的：

1、分析绝经后无症状子宫内膜增厚最常见的病理类型； 2、探讨绝经后无症状子宫内膜增厚患者发生子宫内膜恶性病变的独立危险因素； 3、确定绝经后无症状子宫内膜增厚患者需进行子宫内膜活检的最佳阈值。  

Objectives of Study：

1.Analyze the most common pathological types of postmenopausal asymptomatic endometrial thickening; 2.Explore the independent risk factors for endometrial malignant lesions in patients with postmenopausal asymptomatic endometrial thickening; 3.Determine the optimal threshold for endometrial biopsy in patients with postmenopausal asymptomatic endometrial thickening.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 绝经后阴道有异常出血或流液症状的患者； 2. 既往患有乳腺癌或一级亲属有子宫内膜癌病史或林奇综合征家族史者； 3. 患有长期雌激素或他莫昔芬（TAM）服用史，或曼月乐环放置期间； 4. 资料不完善不能随访者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with symptoms of abnormal vaginal bleeding or discharge after menopause; 2. Those with a history of breast cancer, or a family history of endometrial cancer in first-degree relatives, or a family history of Lynch syndrome; 3. Those with a history of long-term estrogen or tamoxifen (TAM) use, or those with an intrauterine device (Mirena) in place; 4. Those with incomplete data and unable to be followed up.

本研究的数据采集将采用标准化设计的电子病例记录表。数据将从医院的电子病历查询系统中提取，并录入到专业的电子数据采集（EDC）系统或使用Excel表格建立数据库中进行统一管理，以确保数据的准确性和完整性。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Data will be collected using a standardized electronic Case Record Form . All data extracted from the hospital's electronic medical record system will be entered and managed using a professionalElectronic Data Capture (EDC) systemor a secured database built with Excel software to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
