研究目的：

1.研发针对不同实体瘤的CSC外泌体负载的特异性DC疫苗，探讨CSC-exosome负载DC疫苗制剂治疗肝癌和其它实体肿瘤的疗效和安全性； 2.研发肿瘤特异性CTL注射液，探讨CSC-exosome-DC疫苗激活的CTL注射液治疗肝癌和其它实体肿瘤的疗效和安全性； 3.探讨CSC-exosome负载DC疫苗联合CTL注射液治疗肝癌和其它实体肿瘤的疗效和安全性。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To investigate the therapeutical effect and safety of cancer stem cells exosome loaded DC vaccine in the treatment of HCC and other solid tumors; 2. To investigate the therapeutical effect and safety of CSC-exosome loaded DC activated CTL injection in the treatment of HCC and other solid tumors; 3. To investigate the therapeutical effect and safety of cancer stem cells exosome loaded DC vaccine combined its activated CTL injection in the treatment of HCC and other solid tumors.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.有生物制剂过敏史；
2.肿瘤中枢神经系统转移；
3.哺乳、妊娠期妇女，以及在治疗过程中不能采取避孕措施的患者；
4.患有先天或后天免疫功能缺陷（如HIV感染者）、活动性乙肝；
5.有器官移植史;
6.任何无法控制的临床问题(如严重的精神、神经、心血管、呼吸等系统疾病）；
7.认知能力和心理异常；
8.研究人员认为，受试者未必能完成本研究或未必能遵守本研究的要求（由于管理方面的原因或其他原因）。

Exclusion criteria：

1. History of allergy to biological agents;
2. Metastasis of tumors to the central nervous system;
3. women who are lactating and gestation, and those who cannot take contraceptive measures during the course of treatment;
4. Subjects with congenital or acquired immunodeficiency （such as HIV infection, active hepatitis B);
5. With history of organ transplantation;
6. Any uncontrollable clinical problems (such as severe mental, neurological, cardiovascular, respiratory and other systemic diseases);
7. Cognitive ability and psychological abnormality;
8. Researchers believe that subjects may not be able to complete the study or may not be able to comply with the requirements of the study (due to management or other reasons).
