研究目的：

1、 验证 FALLS 流程被用来寻找致病因素（出血部位，败血症感染的部位等），对休克的诊断效率。 2、 通过肺超声同时可以管理液体，严格监测血液循环的临床参数，实现了补液的可视化，避免临床治疗中“盲目”液体疗法提供有益指导。 3、进一步阐明通过 FALLS 流程 与 PICCO 监测对比，可以降低休克病死率，降低医疗费用。对于客观评价 FALLS 流程的临床价值， 最终达到超声 FALLS 流程在临床推广应用的目标。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Verify that the FALLS process is used to look for pathogenic factors (haemorrhage site, sepsis site, etc.) and the diagnostic efficiency for shock; 2. By means of pulmonary ultrasonography, the fluid can be managed at the same time, and the clinical parameters of blood circulation can be strictly monitored, realizing the visualization of fluid replenishment and avoiding "blind" liquid therapy in clinical treatment to provide beneficial guidance; 3. Furthermore, compared with PICCO monitoring, the FALLS process can reduce the case fatality rate of shock and reduce the medical cost. To objectively evaluate the clinical value of the FALLS process, and finally achieve the goal of the clinical promotion and application of the FALLS process.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

(1)体重指数（BMI指数）>35 kg/m2 或<18.5 kg/m2；
（2）妊娠；
（3）腹腔内高压；
（4）有严重循环系统疾病明确诊断的病史者（如持续心律失常、主动脉瓣或肺动脉瓣疾病、二尖瓣狭窄或关闭不全>2 度、心内
分流以及心力衰竭等。）；
（5）重症肺炎、肺纤维化等无法获得良好肺部超声影像者；
（6）存在PICCO置管和抬腿禁忌症者；
（7）拒绝参与试验者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Body mass index (BMI) 35 kg/m2 or <18.5 kg/m2;
(2) Pregnancy;
(3) Intraperitoneal hypertension;
(4) A history of definite diagnosis of severe circulatory disease (e.g., persistent arrhythmia, aortic or pulmonary valve disease, mitral stenosis or insufficiency of >2 degrees, intracardiac shunt, heart failure and so on);
(5) Severe pneumonia, pulmonary fibrosis and can not get good pulmonary ultrasound images;
(6) Patients with PICCO catheterization and leg lifting contraindications;
(7) Refusal to participate.
