Objectives of Study：

To investgate the preliminary characteristics of impaired heart function in patients with hepatic echinococcosis by two dimensional specke tracking echocardiogrphy.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

排除冠心病、高血压、瓣膜病、严重心律失常、糖尿病或其他系统疾病可引起的心血管疾病患者。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with coronary artery disease, high blood pressure, valvular heart disease, severe arrhythmia, diabetes mellitus and other associated systemic diseases with or without cardiovascular diseases as well as patients with poor echocardiographic view were excluded from this study.
