研究目的:

本研究拟联合多组学(panel测序,甲基化检测和蛋白标志物分析)、人工智能和机器学习等手段筛选可用于肺癌早筛的分子标志物,达到术前无创区分肺良恶性结节及肺癌早期诊断的目的。  

Objectives of Study:

The objective of this study is to screening out the molecular markers that can be used in the early-stage screening of lung cancer by using integrated multi-omics analysis (panel sequencing, methylation detection, and protein marker analysis) and techniques of artificial intelligence and machine learning, so as to achieved the purposes of preoperative non-invasive differentiation of benign and malignant lung nodules and early diagnosis of lung cancer.

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

1、孕妇或哺乳期妇女;
2、有过骨髓移植、细胞移植的患者;
3、有其他肿瘤并发;
4、肿瘤复发患者;
5、6个月内有异体输血者。

Exclusion criteria:

1. Pregnant or lactating women;
2. Patients with a history of bone marrow or cell transplantation;
3. Patients with other concurrent tumors;
4. Patients with tumor recurrence;
5. Patients with a history of allogeneic blood transfusion within recent 6 months.
