Objectives of Study：

To investigate the changes in the tumor microenvironment of colorectal cancer and the underlying mechanisms involved in disease progression.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1、不受控制的并发疾病，包括但不限于持续或活动性感染、有症状的充血性心力衰竭、不稳定型心绞痛、心律失常或会限制对研究要求的依从性的精神疾病/社交情况 2、女性受试者怀孕或哺乳；必须通过筛选期间获得的阴性血清 β-人绒毛膜促性腺激素 (β-hCG)妊娠试验结果确定受试者未怀孕； 3. 研究者判断任何不适合参与本研究的其他情况（如预计生存期<24小时）。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Uncontrolled comorbid conditions, including but not limited to ongoing or active infection, symptomatic congestive heart failure, unstable angina pectoris, cardiac arrhythmia, or psychiatric/social conditions that may limit compliance with study requirements. 2. Female subjects who are pregnant or breastfeeding. Subjects must be confirmed as non-pregnant by a negative serum β-human chorionic gonadotropin (β-hCG) pregnancy test obtained during the screening period. 3. Any other conditions that, in the investigator’s judgment, make the subject unsuitable for participation in this study (e.g., expected survival time <24 hours).
