研究目的：

1. 筛选与远处转移性甲状腺乳头状癌相关的潜在多组学分子标志物； 2. 验证分子标志物； 3. 评估提示远处转移价值； 4. 评估临床预后价值，为个体化治疗决策提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Screen for potential multi-omics molecular biomarkers associated with distant metastatic papillary thyroid cancer; 2. Validate molecular biomarkers; 3. Evaluate the value of distant metastasis prediction; 4. Assess the value of clinical prognosis to provide a basis for individualized treatment decisions.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.合并其他恶性肿瘤病史。
2.术前接受过靶向治疗、外放疗或系统性化疗。
3.转移灶组织过少（FFPE 卷片<10 张，或新鲜组织<30 mg）无法满足 DNA、 RNA、蛋白同步提取需求。
4.基因组 DNA 降解严重（DV200<30 %）或 RNA 完整性差（RIN<5.0）。
5.临床或随访关键信息缺失>30 %。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Combine history of other malignant tumors.
2.Preoperative treatment with targeted therapy, external radiotherapy, or systemic chemotherapy.
3.Insufficient tissue from metastatic lesions (FFPE slides <10, or fresh tissue <30 mg) cannot meet the requirements for simultaneous DNA, RNA, and protein extraction.
4.Severe degradation of genomic DNA (DV200 < 30%) or poor RNA integrity (RIN < 5.0).
5.Clinical or follow-up key information missing >30%.
