研究目的：

（1）本研究立足银龄经济政策背景，围绕银发护士参与医养行动关键议题，拟通过调查与分析，揭示银发护士参与医养行动的意愿特征与现实状况。 （2）了解银发护士从事医养行动的总体意愿水平及参与现状，比较已退休与即将退休护士在参与意愿和态度方面的差异； （3） 分析影响银发护士参与医养行动的主要因素，包括专业能力匹配、权益保障、执业安全、服务障碍、培训与平台支持需求等； （4）探讨银发护士在社区居家医养服务中的潜在角色定位及其参与服务的现实困境； （5）为构建以银发护士为重要支撑力量的社区居家医养照护模式提供科学依据和实践参考。探究医养结合机构护理人员老年营养评估自我效能现状  

Objectives of Study：

(1) Against the backdrop of policies on the silver economy, this study focuses on key issues surrounding the participation of older nurses in healthcare and elderly care initiatives. Through surveys and analysis, it aims to reveal the characteristics of older nurses’ willingness to participate in such initiatives and the current state of their involvement. (2) To understand the overall level of willingness and current participation of older nurses in healthcare and elderly care initiatives, and to compare the differences in willingness and attitudes between retired and soon-to-be-retired nurses; (3) To analyse the main factors influencing the participation of older nurses in healthcare and elderly care initiatives, including the alignment of professional competencies, safeguarding of rights and interests, safety in practice, service barriers, and needs for training and platform support; (4) To explore the potential roles of older nurses in community-based home healthcare services and the practical challenges they face in participating in such services; (5) To provide scientific evidence and practical guidance for the development of a community-based home healthcare model in which older nurses serve as a key supporting force. 数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

在问卷调查阶段，通过设置必答项和逻辑校验，减少漏答和误填情况；问卷回收后由两名研究人员进行双重核查。数据录入采用双人双录入方式，录入完成后进行一致性校对，发现差异及时核实更正。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

During the questionnaire survey phase, mandatory fields and logical validation checks were implemented to minimise omissions and errors; once the questionnaires were returned, they were cross-checked by two researchers. Data entry was carried out using a dual-entry system, and upon completion, a consistency check was performed; any discrepancies identified were promptly verified and corrected.
