研究目的：

探究儿童春季角结膜炎（VKC）严重程度与睑板腺功能障碍（MGD）之间的相关性，明确不同严重程度VKC患儿睑板腺结构与功能的差异，为临床早期干预提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the association between the severity of viral keratoconjunctivitis (VKC) in children and meibomian gland dysfunction (MGD), and to clarify the differences in the structure and function of the meibomian glands among children with VKC of varying severity, thereby providing a basis for early clinical intervention.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.眼部外伤史或手术史；
2.除春季角膜炎外的其他活动性眼部感染；
3.近3个月内使用过影响睑板腺功能的局部/全身药物（如阿奇霉素、强力霉素、异维A酸、局部糖皮质激素、免疫抑制剂、抗过敏药）；
4.明确感染性睑缘炎；
5.活动性严重角膜溃疡未愈合；
6.佩戴角膜接触镜（包括软性、硬性及角膜塑形镜）；
7.Bonini 4级（盾形溃疡）或5级（瘢痕期）患儿；

Exclusion criteria：

1.History of eye trauma or surgery;
2.Active eye infections other than vernal keratitis;
3.Use of topical or systemic medications that affect meibomian gland function within the past 3 months (e.g., azithromycin, doxycycline, isotretinoin, topical corticosteroids, immunosuppressants, antiallergic medications);
4.Confirmed infectious blepharitis;
5.Active, severe corneal ulcer that has not healed;
6.Wearing contact lenses (including soft, hard, and orthokeratology lenses);
7.Children with Bonini stage 4 (shield-shaped ulcer) or stage 5 (scarring stage);
