通过检测不同年龄段健康人群外周血中衰老相关 T 细胞的比例及色氨酸代谢物含量，分析其与年龄的相关性，探讨氨基酸代谢变化与免疫衰老之间的潜在联系，为理解免疫衰老规律及老年相关疾病的预防和早期干预提供科学依据。  

Objectives of Study：

By measuring the proportions of aging-related T cells and the levels of tryptophan metabolites in peripheral blood of healthy individuals across different age groups, this study analyzes their correlation with age, explores the potential relationship between amino acid metabolic changes and immunosenescence, and provides a scientific basis for understanding the patterns of immunosenescence as well as the prevention and early intervention of age-related diseases.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.患有恶性肿瘤、严重心脑血管疾病、肝肾功能不全等重大疾病； 2.患有免疫相关疾病或自身免疫性疾病，如类风湿关节炎、系统性红斑狼疮、干燥综合征等； 3.既往接受免疫治疗，包括单克隆抗体治疗、免疫细胞治疗、胸腺肽、干扰素等； 4.存在急性感染（如感冒、肺炎等）或慢性感染活动期； 5.近3个月内接受糖皮质激素、免疫抑制剂或免疫调节剂治疗； 6.妊娠期或哺乳期女性； 7.研究者认为不适宜参加研究的其他情况。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Having major diseases such as malignant tumors, severe cardiovascular or cerebrovascular diseases, or liver/kidney dysfunction; 2. Having immune-related diseases or autoimmune diseases, such as rheumatoid arthritis, systemic lupus erythematosus, Sjögren's syndrome, etc.; 3. Having previously received immunotherapy, including monoclonal antibody therapy, immune cell therapy, thymosin, interferon, etc.; 4. Having acute infections (e.g., cold, pneumonia) or active chronic infections; 5. Having received treatment with glucocorticoids, immunosuppressants, or immunomodulators within the past 3 months; 6. Being pregnant or breastfeeding; 7. Other conditions that the investigator deems inappropriate for participation in the study.
