研究目的：

针对在膝关节炎临床康复实践中常见具体的运动项目对膝关节炎患者预后产生的影响和是否会改善生活质量开展随访研究，为对膝关节炎患者的临床决策和进一步的研究提供支持和参考。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aim at in the clincial practice use exercise training for patients with knee osreoarthritis wheter influence outcomes and improve life quality.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

(1）不符合膝关节炎的诊断
（2）患者有影像学特征，但无明显症状
（3）伴类风湿或风湿性关节炎
（4）关节置换术后
（5）严重的脏器功能衰竭：心血管疾病患者按美国纽约心脏病学会NYHA分级III级以上；肾脏病患者按国际肾脏病基金会肾脏疾病转归质量（NKF-K/DOQI）慢性肾脏疾病临床行为指南CKD标准III期及以上；肝病患者按终末期肝病评分系统MELD在20分及以上。

Exclusion criteria：

1. patient had radiologic characteristic, but had not overt symptom;
2. complicated with rheumatic arthritis or rheumatoid arthritis;
3. after joint replacement;
4. serious organ function failure: patients with cardiovascular disease had NYHA III level; patients with renal disease had CKD III stage; patients with liver disease had more than MELD 20 points.
