研究目的：

探究晶状体偏厚的正视儿童与晶状体正常的正视儿童相比，是否存在调节能力的异常以及近视进展是否有差异；所得的研究结果为晶状体厚度患儿的近视防控提供关键时间节点  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate whether emmetropic children with thicker lenses have abnormal accommodative function and different myopia progression compared to those with normal lens thickness; the findings will provide key time points for myopia prevention and control in children with abnormal lens thickness.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1、 既往有眼外伤史、 合并青光眼、先天性眼病、黄斑病变或其他严重影响视力的眼部疾病； 2、有眼部疾病史包括圆锥角膜、白内障、眼底疾病等器质性疾病；

Exclusion criteria：

1. Children with a history of ocular trauma, glaucoma, congenital eye diseases, macular lesions, or other ocular diseases that seriously affect vision. 2. Children with a history of ocular organic diseases, including keratoconus, cataract, fundus diseases, etc.
