研究目的：

本研究旨在分析合并心功能不全、且在 VV-ECMO 治疗期间接受主动脉内球囊反搏（IABP）支持的呼吸衰竭患者，与心功能不全程度匹配、使用 VV-ECMO 治疗的患者的临床结局，为呼吸衰竭合并心功能不全患者提供新的治疗决策，改善治疗效果与预后  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to analyze the clinical outcomes of patients with respiratory failure complicated by cardiac dysfunction who receive intra-aortic balloon pump (IABP) support during VV-ECMO treatment, compared with patients matched for the severity of cardiac dysfunction who are treated with VV-ECMO alone, in order to provide new therapeutic strategies and improve treatment outcomes and prognosis for patients with respiratory failure and cardiac dysfunction.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 初始体外循环方式为静脉-动脉(VA-ECMO)或静脉-动脉-静脉(V-A- V)ECMO； 2. 启动 VV-ECMO 前已植入主动脉内球囊反搏（IABP）； 3. 发生心脏骤停并接受体外心肺复苏(ECPR)； 4. ECMO 支持时长<24 小时。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Initial extracorporeal circulation method is veno-arterial (VA-ECMO) or veno-arterial-venous (V-A-V) ECMO; 2. Intra-aortic balloon pump (IABP) implanted prior to initiation of VV-ECMO; 3. Cardiac arrest with receipt of extracorporeal cardiopulmonary resuscitation (ECPR); 4. ECMO support duration <24 hours.
