研究目的：

探索构建眼内活动性结核感染的“生物学指标-眼部体征-多模态影像”相结合的临床诊疗路径，指导临床早期识别眼内活动性结核感染并及时给予诊断性抗结核治疗，对于深入认识结核所致眼内疾病并推动眼内结核早期防治具有重要的临床意义。  

Objectives of Study：

This study explores the construction of a clinical diagnostic and therapeutic pathway for intraocular active tuberculosis infection, integrating biological indicators, ocular signs, and multimodal imaging. It aims to guide the clinical early identification of intraocular active tuberculosis infection and prompt the timely administration of diagnostic anti-tuberculosis treatment. This research holds great clinical significance for advancing the in-depth understanding of tuberculosis-induced intraocular diseases and promoting the early prevention and treatment of intraocular tuberculosis.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.已明确诊断为其他感染性、自身免疫性眼部疾病患者；
2.妊娠或哺乳期女性；
3.无门诊复查随访记录。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients with clearly diagnosed other infectious or autoimmune ocular diseases;
2.Pregnant or lactating women;
3.Patients without records of outpatient re-examination and follow-up.

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Extract the case data meeting the inclusion criteria from the hospital's electronic medical record system.The data is uniformly stored in a database established in Excel. During the data entry process, two individuals are assigned to check and avoid errors. The data is permanently archived on a password-protected computer, which is kept by a designated person.
