研究目的：

评价地塞米松与地塞米松联合西罗莫司治疗成人初诊ITP的有效性，安全性及复发率

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the efficacy, safety and recurrence rate of dexamethasone and dexamethasone combined with sirolimus in the treatment of newly diagnosed ITP in adults

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.合并其他恶性肿瘤需要治疗者；
2.患有HIV感染，丙肝梅毒抗体阳性或乙肝表面抗原阳性；
3.有严重心、肾或肝功能不全；
4.妊娠或哺乳期的妇女；
5.合并高血压、糖尿病、胃溃疡等其他严重疾病；
6.有激素和西罗莫司使用禁忌患者；
7.患有肺部感染及全身其他部位的严重感染；
8.全身有较大伤口或切口未愈合者；
9.不能如期随访者；
10.研究人员认为其他原因不适合临床试验者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with other malignant tumors need to be treated;
2. Infected HIV, HCV,HBVorTreponema pallidum;
3. Having serious heart, kidney or liver dysfunction;
4. Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding;
5. Combined with other serious diseases, such as hypertension, diabetes, and gastric ulcer;
6. Havingcontraindications with use of glucocorticoids and sirolimus;
7. Suffering from lung infections or serious infections in other parts of the body;
8. With unhealed large wound or incision;
9. Cannot follow up as scheduled;
10. The investigator believes not suitable for clinical trials for other reasons.
