Objectives of Study：

To analyze the efficacy and safety of different maintenance doses of caffeine therapy of apnea in very low birth weight preterm infants.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1、重度窒息；2、复杂先天性畸形和染色体异常或遗传代谢性疾病；3、中途放弃治疗自动出院者

Exclusion criteria：

1. Infants with severe asphyxia;
2. Birth with complex congenital malformations, chromosomal disorder or inherited metabolic diseases;
3. Giving up treatment and discharged from hospital;
