研究目的：

本研究基于 Teach-back 模式构建内镜下黏膜剥离术（ESD）标准化健康教育方案，在常规健康教育的基础上加用数字化宣教联合Teach-back，通过观察临床应用中的实际效果，探讨其对 ESD 患者术前焦虑情绪、疾病不确定感的改善作用，观察术后并发症发生情况、远期复诊依从性、就医满意度的影响，为优化 ESD 患者临床健康教育管理、改善患者整体预后提供临床参考依据。  

Objectives of Study：

This study constructed a standardized health education program for patients undergoing endoscopic submucosal dissection (ESD) based on the Teach-back model. On the basis of routine health education, digital health education combined with the Teach-back method was adopted. By observing its practical clinical application effects, this study explored its effects on relieving preoperative anxiety and reducing illness uncertainty in ESD patients, and analyzed its influences on postoperative complications, long-term follow-up compliance and medical treatment satisfaction. It aims to provide clinical references for optimizing clinical health education management and improving the overall prognosis of ESD patients.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.有意识障碍或有妨碍理解的疾病。 2.存在癌性转移，无法ESD。 3.伴有严重心、肝、脑、肾功能不全者。 4.有严重精神系统疾病的患者。 5.有严重的躯体活动障碍，生活不能自理者。 6.同时参与其他干预性研究。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients with consciousness disturbance or diseases impairing comprehension ability. 2.Those with cancer metastasis and ineligible for ESD surgery. 3.Patients complicated with severe insufficiency of heart, liver, brain or kidney function. 4.Patients with severe mental disorders. 5.Those with severe physical dysfunction and inability to take care of themselves in daily life. 6.Participants concurrently enrolled in other interventional clinical studies.

本研究采用纸质病例记录表（CRF）和电子数据采集与管理系统（EDC）结合的方式进行数据采集和管理。 病例记录表（CRF）：研究设计了统一的纸质 CRF，用于现场记录受试者的基线资料、访视数据、不良事件、实验室检查结果等全部试验相关信息，所有数据均与原始病历 / 源文件保持一致，填写规范、可溯源。 电子数据采集与管理系统（EDC）：采用基于互联网的 ResMan 系统作为 EDC 平台，研究者完成 CRF 填写后，将数据录入 EDC 系统；系统内置逻辑核查与数据质控功能，自动识别缺失、矛盾或异常数据，确保数据真实、准确、完整；数据录入后由数据管理员进行审核与疑问管理，最终完成数据锁定与导出，用于统计分析。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

This study adopts a combination of paper Case Record Form (CRF) and Electronic Data Capture (EDC) system for data collection and management. Case Record Form (CRF): A unified paper CRF is designed to record all trial-related information of subjects on-site, including baseline data, visit records, adverse events and laboratory test results. All data are consistent with original medical records and source documents with standardized filling and traceability. Electronic Data Capture (EDC): The Internet-based ResMan system is applied as the EDC platform. After completing CRF filling, investigators enter relevant data into the EDC system. Equipped with built-in logical verification and data quality control functions, the system automatically identifies missing, contradictory and abnormal data to guarantee authentic, accurate and complete data. After data entry, data administrators conduct review and query management, and finally complete data locking and export for statistical analysis.
