研究目的:

1、采用高通量测序法探索早发性家族性AD基因组水平变异; 2、通过多模态神经影像学评估AD脑结构和功能网络特征; 3、利用多模态神经导航精确定位rTMS刺激部位,探索DLPFC以外其它位点rTMS刺激对AD的疗效。  

Objectives of Study:

1. High-throughput sequencing was used to explore the horizontal variation of early-onset familial AD genomes; 2. Assessment of structural and functional network characteristics of AD brain by multimodal neuroimaging; 3. Using multimodal neural navigation to accurately locate the rTMS stimulation site and explore the effect of rTMS stimulation on AD in other sites other than DLPFC.

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

血管性痴呆、路易体痴呆或外伤、肿瘤、感染、甲状腺功能障碍、维生素B12缺乏、酒精和药物滥用等引起的痴呆。

Exclusion criteria:

Dementia caused by vascular dementia, dementia with Lewy body, trauma, tumor, infection, thyroid dysfunction, vitamin B12 deficiency, alcohol and drug abuse.
