本研究旨在识别中国妇产科医学研究生职业倦怠的潜在类型，并比较不同类型在人口学特征及学业、职业相关因素方面的分布差异。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to identify the latent types of job burnout among medical postgraduates in obstetrics and gynecology in China, and to compare the distribution differences of different types across demographic characteristics as well as academic and career-related factors.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

使用问卷星（https://www.wjx.cn）在线平台设计并发放电子问卷。数据采集时间为2025年11月至12月。每份问卷需完整填写后方可提交，同一IP地址仅限一次作答。数据导出后存储于课题组加密计算机，由项目负责人管理。采用双人核对方式确保数据录入准确性。原始数据及分析过程文件保存至少5年。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Data were collected using the Sojump (https://www.wjx.cn) online questionnaire system from November to December 2025. Only fully completed questionnaires could be submitted, and only one response per IP address was allowed. Data were exported and stored on a password-protected computer under the supervision of the principal investigator. Double-checking was performed to ensure data accuracy. Raw data and analysis files will be retained for at least 5 years
