Objectives of Study：

For patients with clinically diagnosed ABMR after kidney transplantation, a precise treatment regimen utilizing DFPP is explored based on dynamic adjustments according to the patient's serological indicators and histological damage。

合并严重感染、凝血功能障碍、活检禁忌症。
