研究目的：

回顾性分析我中心幽门螺杆菌（H.pylori）感染者经验性治疗数据，比较5种常用治疗方案疗效，探究根除失败的相关因素，为优化经验性治疗方案选择提供循证医学依据。  

Objectives of Study：

A retrospective analysis was conducted on the empirical treatment data of Helicobacter pylori (H. pylori) infected patients in our center. The efficacy of five commonly used treatment regimens was compared, and the related factors for eradication failure were explored to provide evidence-based medical evidence for optimizing the selection of empirical treatment regimens.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 近1个月内使用过抗生素、铋剂、PPI或P-CAB； 2. 合并严重心肝肾功能障碍； 3. 精神疾病或认知障碍； 4. 复查时间不符合规定。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Competitive acid blockers (P-CABs) within the preceding month; 2. Severe cardiac, hepatic, or renal dysfunction; 3. Psychiatric disorders or cognitive impairment precluding adherence; 4. Follow-up 13C-UBT performed outside the prespecified 4–24-week window.
