研究目的：

本项目旨在研究针对肝衰竭患者人工肝导管拔除后伤口愈合不良的风险因素分析。肝衰竭患者在人工肝治疗后，导管拔除常常面临伤口愈合不良的问题，这不仅延长了住院时间，增加了医疗费用，还影响了患者的生活质量。目前，尚缺乏针对这一特殊人群的伤口愈合风险预测分析。本项目通过整合临床数据、伤口愈合多因素和相关有效信息，利用机器学习技术，开发并验证一种风险因素分析研究，以期提高医护人员对该类伤口评估识别能力，为临床决策提供依据和支持。项目将分为两个阶段：第一阶段制定影响因素调查表，第二阶段构建并验证风险因素分析。预期成果包括风险因素分析的建立和相关论文的发表。  

Objectives of Study：

This project aims to analyze the risk factors for poor wound healing after the removal of artificial liver catheters in patients with liver failure. After artificial liver treatment, patients with liver failure often encounter the problem of poor wound healing when the catheter is removed. This not only prolongs the hospital stay and increases medical expenses, but also affects the quality of life of the patients. At present, there is still a lack of risk prediction analysis for wound healing in this special group of people. This project integrates clinical data, multiple factors of wound healing and relevant effective information, and utilizes machine learning technology to develop and validate a risk factor analysis study, with the aim of enhancing the ability of medical staff to assess and identify such wounds, and providing a basis and support for clinical decision-making. The project will be divided into two phases: in the first phase, a questionnaire on influencing factors will be developed; in the second phase, a risk factor analysis will be constructed and verified. The expected outcomes include the establishment of risk factor analysis and the publication of related papers.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.合并有其他严重的原发性疾病，如恶性肿瘤终末期、严重的心肺肾功能不全等，预期生存期小于 1 个月者； 2.存在严重的精神性疾病，无法配合研究观察和数据收集者； 3.合并有其他急性感染性疾病，可能干扰伤口愈合判断者； 4.中途转院、死亡或失访，无法完成随访观察者；

Exclusion criteria：

1. People with other serious primary diseases, such as end-stage malignant tumors or severe heart, lung, or kidney failure, who are expected to live less than a month; 2. Those with severe mental illnesses who cannot cooperate with the study or data collection; 3. People with other acute infectious diseases that might interfere with wound healing assessments; 4. Those who transfer to another hospital, pass away, or are lost to follow-up, making it impossible to complete the observation.
