研究目的:

本研究结合灰阶超声静态图像和动态视频,构建一个可解释性良好的甲状腺结节智能诊断模型。该模型能够实现端到端学习与多视角、多时序特征融合,输出稳定统一的恶性风险评估结果,并通过临床验证明确模型在提升甲状腺结节良恶性诊断准确率、敏感性、特异性、阅片效率及诊断一致性方面的应用价值,为构建更贴合临床实际的智能辅助诊断系统奠定基础。  

Objectives of Study:

In this study, we constructed an interpretable intelligent diagnosis model for thyroid nodules by combining grayscale ultrasound static images and dynamic videos. The model enables end-to-end learning and the fusion of multi-view and multi-temporal features, yielding stable and consistent malignant risk assessment results. Clinical verification was performed to clarify the application value of the model in improving the accuracy, sensitivity, specificity, reading efficiency and diagnostic consistency of benign and malignant thyroid nodule diagnosis, laying a foundation for building an intelligent auxiliary diagnosis system that is more consistent with clinical practice.

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

1.患者既往有甲状腺手术或消融治疗史;
2.FNA 细胞学诊断属于 Bethesda III 类 (意义不明确的非典型病变/滤泡性病变)及 IV 类(滤泡性肿瘤或可疑滤泡性肿瘤)且无法 获得后续明确病理结果的病例。

Exclusion criteria:

1.History of previous thyroid surgery or ablation therapy;
2.FNA cytological diagnosis of Bethesda category III (atypia of undetermined significance/follicular lesion of undetermined significance) or category IV (follicular neoplasm or suspicious follicular neoplasm) with no subsequent definitive pathological results;
