研究目的:

在不增加手术负担与风险的前提下,借助神经外科术中麻醉态下电生理监测的应用场景,评估柔性高密度电极阵列用于术中麻醉态多脑区信号记录的可行性、信号质量与安全性;建立可重复的术中多脑区电生理图谱提取流程。 以术中切除边界位置为参照,结合术前/术后影像及常规病理信息对照,探索电生理图谱在肿瘤覆盖区、切除边界附近及周缘区域之间的差异与梯度关系(研究性分析,不用于术中决策)。  

Objectives of Study:

Under the premise of not increasing surgical burden or risk, this study leverages the setting of intraoperative electrophysiological monitoring under anesthesia during neurosurgery to evaluate the feasibility, signal quality, and safety of flexible high-density electrode arrays for multi-region brain signal recording under anesthesia, and to establish a reproducible workflow for extracting intraoperative multi-region electrophysiological maps. Using the location of the intraoperative resection margin as a reference, and in combination with preoperative/postoperative imaging and conventional pathological findings, this study explores the electrophysiological differences and gradient relationships between the tumor-covered region, the area adjacent to the resection margin, and the peripheral zone (exploratory analysis; not for intraoperative decision-making).

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

1. 合并严重感染、癫痫、心肺功能不全、肝肾功能不全等严重基础疾病; 2. 既往有严重过敏史,或无法配合术中电生理记录者; 3. 手术和研究医生认为不适合入组的其他条件。

Exclusion criteria:

1. Presence of severe comorbidities, including serious infection, epilepsy, cardiopulmonary insufficiency, or hepatic and renal dysfunction; 2. History of severe allergic reactions or inability to cooperate with intraoperative electrophysiological recordings; 3. Any other conditions deemed unsuitable for enrollment by the surgeons or investigators.
