研究目的：

探讨SPP1是否通过CD44-PI3K通路诱导铁死亡并促进黄韧带成纤维细胞纤维化，为黄韧带肥厚机制及潜在干预靶点提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore whether SPP1 induces ferroptosis and promotes fibrosis of ligamentum flavum fibroblasts through the CD44-PI3K signaling pathway, so as to provide a basis for the mechanism of ligamentum flavum hypertrophy and potential intervention targets.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.合并脊柱肿瘤、结核、化脓性感染等疾病者； 2.合并类风湿关节炎、强直性脊柱炎、系统性红斑狼疮等自身免疫性疾病者； 3.合并严重代谢性骨病（如甲状旁腺功能异常、骨软化等）或长期影响骨/韧带代谢的疾病； 4.有明显脊柱外伤史或既往腰椎手术史； 5.长期使用激素、免疫抑制剂或抗肿瘤药物者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Those with concurrent diseases such as spinal tumors, tuberculosis, and purulent infections; 2.Patients complicated with autoimmune diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis and systemic lupus erythematosus; 3. Concurrent severe metabolic bone diseases (such as parathyroid dysfunction, osteomalacia, etc.) or diseases that have long-term effects on bone/ligament metabolism; 4. History of significant spinal trauma or previous lumbar surgery; 5. Long-term use of steroids, immunosuppressants, or antitumor drugs.

This research is an in vitro cell experiment. All the relevant index data of the experiment were uniformly collected and recorded on-site by our research group in our laboratory. All original experimental data, images and statistical results are promptly archived and preserved, and a dedicated experimental data ledger is established. Data entry is double-checked by two people to ensure its authenticity, completeness and traceability. Experimental data and original data are properly retained in accordance with the management norms of scientific research archives, strictly kept confidential, and are only used for academic research on this topic.
