评估多次全麻手术暴露（累计全麻手术次数≥5次）是否与6–36个月婴幼儿清醒状态下脑电功率谱特征改变相关  

Objectives of Study：

Evaluation of the Association Between Repeated Exposure to General Anesthesia (Cumulative Exposure >=5 Procedures) and Altered Wake-State EEG Power Spectral Characteristics in Infants and Toddlers Aged 6–36 Months.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.已确诊癫痫或存在活动性癫痫发作史；
2.明确中枢神经系统结构异常或遗传代谢性疾病；
3.已明确诊断的神经发育障碍，如明显发育迟缓、自闭谱系障碍等；
4.不能配合完成EEG监测，或采集后脑电数据质量不佳，无法进行有效分析；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Previously diagnosed epilepsy or a history of active epileptic seizures;
2.Confirmed structural abnormalities of the central nervous system or inherited metabolic disorders;
3.Previously diagnosed neurodevelopmental disorders, such as significant developmental delay or autism spectrum disorder;
4.Inability to complete EEG monitoring, or poor-quality EEG data after acquisition that precludes valid analysis;
