进一步评价可吸收骨蜡应用于骨科骨创面止血的应用效果  

Objectives of Study：

To further evaluate the hemostatic efficacy of absorbable bone wax for bone wound hemostasis in orthopedic surgery

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.骨创面严重感染患者； 2.严重凝血功能障碍患者； 3.已知对聚乙二醇、羧甲纤维素钠材料过敏者； 4.当术中止血，且同时需要阻止骨面新生时，不可使用本产品； 5.研究者认为因其他原因不适宜参加本临床试验者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Subjects with severe infection of bone wounds. 2. Subjects with severe coagulation dysfunction. 3. Subjects with known hypersensitivity to polyethylene glycol and sodium carboxymethyl cellulose. 4. This product shall not be used if intraoperative hemostasis is needed and inhibition of new bone formation is required simultaneously. 5. Subjects who are considered ineligible to participate in this clinical trial by the investigator for any other reasons.
