研究目的:

本研究通过整合临床影像学数据与生物力学算法,拟建立一个基于三维有限元法的物理-力学模型,定量模拟和预测 0–48 个月人类颅面生长过程,揭示其关键的物理驱动规律,为理解颅面发育的力学生物学机制及相关疾病(如颅缝早闭症)的干预提供理论依据  

Objectives of Study:

This study aims to establish a physical-mechanical model based on three-dimensional finite element method by integrating clinical imaging data and biomechanical algorithms. The model will quantitatively simulate and predict the craniofacial growth process in humans aged 0–48 months, reveal its key physical driving rules, and provide a theoretical basis for understanding the mechanobiological mechanisms of craniofacial development and the intervention of related diseases such as craniosynostosis.

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

1. 存在颅面畸形、颅骨骨折、肿瘤或颅内压异常者; 2. CT影像缺失、断层不完整或伪影严重影响重建质量者; 3. 年龄信息缺失或不明确者; 4. 合并全身发育异常、代谢性骨病或影响颅骨发育的系统性疾病者; 5. 无任何先天性颅面畸形、颅缝早闭、发育迟缓或颅脑损伤史。

Exclusion criteria:

1. Patients with craniofacial malformations, craniosynostosis, developmental delay, craniocerebral injury, tumors, or abnormal intracranial pressure. 2. Patients with missing CT images, incomplete sections, or severe artifacts that affect reconstruction quality; 3. Patients with missing or unclear age information; 4. Patients with combined systemic developmental abnormalities, metabolic bone diseases, or systemic diseases affecting skull development; 5. Patients without any congenital craniofacial deformities, craniosynostosis, developmental delays, or history of cranial injury.
