研究目的：

主要目的：证明开发预测局晚期宫颈癌同步放化疗疗效模型的可行性，包括结合临床参数的放射病理组学和深度学习模型； 次要目的：同时通过预测模型筛选适合联合免疫治疗的患者人群；  

Objectives of Study：

Primary Objective:To demonstrate the feasibility of developing predictive models for the efficacy of concurrent chemoradiotherapy in locally advanced cervical cancer, including radiopathology omics and deep learning models integrated with clinical parameters.Secondary Objective:To screen patient candidates suitable for combined immunotherapy by using the established predictive models.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.既往接受过盆腔放疗、盆腔肿瘤手术或其他针对宫颈癌的抗肿瘤治疗； 2.存在第二原发恶性肿瘤，或无法排除双原发、多原发恶性肿瘤； 3.放疗前未获得病理学确诊依据，或数字病理图像质量不满足分析要求； 4.盆腔磁共振图像严重伪影、关键序列缺失，或不满足影像分析要求； 5.放疗计划、剂量学数据或同步化疗数据缺失严重，无法完成关键变量收集； 6.同步放化疗后 6 个月内接受根治性或减瘤性手术，可能显著影响主要终点判定； 7.失访严重，或终点事件无法可靠判定； 8.研究者判断存在其他不适合纳入本研究的情况；

Exclusion criteria：

1. Prior pelvic radiotherapy, pelvic tumor surgery, or any other anti-tumor treatment for cervical cancer. 2. Presence of a second primary malignant tumor, or suspected dual/multiple primary malignancies that cannot be ruled out. 3. Lack of pathological confirmation before radiotherapy, or poor-quality digital pathological images unsuitable for analysis. 4. Severe artifacts, missing key sequences on pelvic MRI, or images that do not meet the requirements for radiological analysis. 5. Severe missing data of radiotherapy plans, dosimetric parameters or concurrent chemotherapy records, making collection of key variables impossible. 6. Underwent curative or debulking surgery within 6 months after concurrent chemoradiotherapy, which may significantly affect the assessment of the primary endpoint. 7. Severe loss to follow-up or unreliable determination of study endpoints. 8. Any other conditions deemed inappropriate for enrollment in this study by the investigators.
