本研究探讨补充复合益生菌对排球运动员下肢爆发力及疲劳恢复的影响。通过运动能力测试和生理生化指标分析,验证益生菌对维持肌力与促进恢复的作用,为运动员科学营养干预提供依据。  

Objectives of Study:

This study aims to investigate the effects of multi-strain probiotic supplementation on lower-limb explosive power and fatigue recovery in volleyball players. By combining physical performance assessments with physiological and biochemical analyses, the study will evaluate the potential role of probiotics in maintaining muscle strength and facilitating post-exercise recovery, thereby providing evidence to support scientifically guided nutritional interventions for athletes.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

1.不能熟练完成杠铃颈后深蹲动作。 2.其最大重复次数(1RM)重量小于其自身体重的1.5倍。 3.过去六个月内有下肢运动损伤史。

Exclusion criteria:

1. Participants who cannot proficiently perform the barbell back squat exercise. 2. Participants whose one-repetition maximum (1RM) is less than 1.5 times their body weight. 3. Participants with a history of lower-limb sports injury within the past six months.

Daily supplementation with compound probiotics containing *Lactobacillus casei* Zhang (>= 8 x 10^9 CFU), *Bifidobacterium lactis* V9 (>= 6 x 10^9 CFU), and *Lactobacillus plantarum* P-8 (>= 6 x 10^9 CFU), as well as fructo-oligosaccharides, strawberry powder, lactitol, polydextrose, erythritol, and maltodextrin.

数据采集和管理(说明:数据采集和管理由两部分组成,一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF),二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC),如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC:

本研究采用病例报告表(Case Report Form, CRF)记录受试者基本信息、训练情况、干预依从性、运动能力测试结果以及生理生化检测结果。所有数据由经过培训的研究人员采集并录入,采用双人核查方式保证数据准确性。纸质资料将存放于课题组指定地点并上锁保存,电子数据将以加密文件形式保存于受限访问的计算机中。所有受试者信息均进行编号和去标识化处理,仅研究团队授权人员可访问相关数据。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture:

A case report form (CRF) will be used to record participants’ baseline information, training status, intervention compliance, physical performance test results, and physiological and biochemical outcomes. All data will be collected and entered by trained researchers, and data accuracy will be ensured through double-checking. Paper documents will be stored in a locked location designated by the research team, and electronic data will be stored as encrypted files on password-protected computers with restricted access. All participant information will be coded and de-identified, and only authorized members of the research team will have access to the study data.
