研究目的:

1. 构建标准化多模态专病数据库:在现有大规模急诊高危患者队列基础上,前瞻性整合心电高频 QRS(HF-QRS)电生理信号,形成国内首个深度融合高频心电特征与完备临床信息的 CA 专病数据库,为模型研发奠定高质量数据基石。 2.研发高性能智能预警融合模型:基于上述数据库,利用先进机器学习算法,构建并优化融合 HF-QRS 特征与多维度临床数据的 CA 风险预测模型,核心目标是在独立验证中实现预测效能(AUC)的显著提升,突破现有预警工具的性能平台。 3.开发并验证智能临床决策支持系统:将最优预警模型通过前瞻性、多中心临床试点研究,验证其在真实世界环境中的可行性、安全性及有效性。  

Objectives of Study:

1. Build a standardized multi-modal disease-specific database: Based on the existing large-scale emergency high-risk patient cohort, we will prospectively integrate high-frequency QRS (HF-QRS) electrophysiological signals to form the first CA disease-specific database in China that deeply integrates high-frequency electrocardiogram features with complete clinical information, laying a high-quality data foundation for model development. 2. Develop a high-performance intelligent early warning fusion model: Based on the aforementioned database, using advanced machine learning algorithms, we will construct and optimize a CA risk prediction model that integrates HF-QRS features and multi-dimensional clinical data. The core objective is to achieve a significant improvement in prediction efficacy (AUC) in independent validation, breaking through the performance platform of existing early warning tools. 3. Develop and validate an intelligent clinical decision support system: Through prospective, multi-center clinical pilot studies, we will verify the feasibility, safety, and effectiveness of the optimal early warning model in the real-world environment.

1.年龄 < 18 周岁; 2.拒绝入抢,或参加临床试验的患者; 3.院外心脏骤停患者; 4.妊娠患者

Exclusion criteria:

1. Age<18 years old; 2. Patients who refuse to enter or participate in clinical trials; 3. Outpatient cardiac arrest patients; 4. Pregnant patients
