本研究旨在系统评估眼底光学相干断层扫描血管成像(OCTA)参数与冠状动脉微循环阻力相关指标及定量血流分数(QFR)之间的相关性,阐明视网膜微循环与冠状动脉功能学异常之间的潜在联系,并探索眼底OCTA指标在冠状动脉微循环功能无创评估中的临床应用价值。  

Objectives of Study:

This study aims to systematically evaluate the association between fundus optical coherence tomography angiography (OCTA) parameters and coronary microcirculatory resistance-related indices as well as quantitative flow ratio (QFR), to clarify the potential link between retinal microcirculation and coronary functional abnormalities, and to explore the clinical value of OCTA-derived parameters for the non-invasive assessment of coronary microcirculatory function.

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

1. 合并严重眼部疾病影响OCTA图像质量或参数判读者,包括但不限于严重白内障、玻璃体混浊、玻璃体出血、视网膜脱离、晚期青光眼、严重黄斑病变、严重视网膜血管性疾病等; 2. OCTA图像质量不佳,存在明显运动伪影、分层错误或关键参数缺失,无法用于分析者; 3. 既往接受严重影响眼底结构或血流状态的眼科手术,研究者判断不适合纳入者; 4. 合并严重感染、恶性肿瘤终末期、严重肝肾功能衰竭或其他预期生存期较短的疾病; 5. 无法配合完成研究相关检查或临床资料不完整者; 6. 研究者认为不适合纳入本研究的其他情况。

Exclusion criteria:

1. Severe ocular diseases that may affect OCTA image quality or interpretation, including but not limited to severe cataract, vitreous opacity, vitreous hemorrhage, retinal detachment, advanced glaucoma, severe macular disease, and severe retinal vascular disease; 2. Poor OCTA image quality, obvious motion artifacts, segmentation errors, or missing key parameters that preclude analysis; 3. Previous ocular surgery that may substantially affect fundus structure or blood flow, as judged by the investigators; 4. Severe infection, terminal malignancy, severe hepatic or renal failure, or other diseases associated with limited life expectancy; 5. Inability to complete study-related examinations or incomplete clinical data; 6. Any other condition considered unsuitable for study participation by the investigators.

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture:

Data will be collected and managed using standardized case report forms or an electronic database. All study data will be de-identified and coded. Authorized study personnel will be responsible for data entry, verification, and quality control. Missing values, outliers, and inconsistent data will be checked, and OCTA images and coronary functional parameters will be standardized before analysis. Study data will be stored in a restricted-access, password-protected or encrypted database and used only for study-related analyses, academic reporting, and publication. No personally identifiable information will be disclosed.
