研究目的：

1、明确PJS患者的系统性病理特征； 2、筛选PJS发生的独立相关因素； 3、构建并评价多维度辅助诊断模型 4、探索低成本、非侵入性的筛查路径  

Objectives of Study：

1. Identify the systemic pathological features of PJS patients; 2. To screen the independent related factors of PJS; 3. Construct and evaluate a multi-dimensional auxiliary diagnosis model 4. Explore a low-cost, non-invasive screening pathway

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

PJS综合征患者：1.合并恶性肿瘤；2.近2周内有急性感染或大手术史；3.服用激素或降脂药者。 良性息肉患者：1.具有其他遗传性息肉病（如FAP）；2.严重肝肾功能不全者；3.患者或家属拒绝参与该研究。 健康志愿者：1.患有高血压、糖尿病、高脂血症等代谢性疾病者。

Exclusion criteria：

PJS syndrome patients: 1. Complicated with malignant tumors; 2. History of acute infection or major surgery within the last 2 weeks; 3. Taking hormone or lipid-lowering drugs. Patients with benign polyps:1. other hereditary polyposis (e.g., FAP); 2. Severe hepatic and renal insufficiency; 3. Patients or their family members refused to participate in the study. Healthy volunteers: Patients with hypertension, diabetes, hyperlipidemia and other metabolic diseases.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

本研究为回顾性研究，数据采集基于医院信息管理系统（HIS）及电子病案系统。由研究人员根据预先设计的病例记录表（CRF），对符合纳入排除标准的研究对象进行数据提取，包括患者人口学信息、实验室检查结果（炎症、营养、脂质代谢指标）及基因检测结果等。提取数据由双人独立核对，确保准确性，统一录入数据库进行管理。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

This is a retrospective study. Data were collected by extracting information from the Hospital Information System (HIS) and electronic medical record system. A standardized Case Record Form (CRF) was used to capture data including demographics, laboratory parameters (inflammatory, nutritional, and lipid metabolism markers), and genetic testing results for eligible patients. Data extraction was independently verified by two researchers for accuracy, and data were then entered into a database for management.
