研究目的：

通过利用数字病理学与多重免疫荧光技术等技术回顾性分析活检样本，将客观定量指标与患者的宏观临床获益（如 Delta OABSS、Delta MCBC等参数差值）进行相关性分析，从而从基础医学层面证实绿激光格式化照射术治疗女性难治性OAB有效的机制，为该术式的广泛临床推广提供坚实的循证医学与基础机制支撑。  

Objectives of Study：

Through retrospective analysis of biopsy samples using techniques such as digital pathology and multiple immunofluorescence, a correlation analysis was performed between objective quantitative indicators and patients' macroscopic clinical benefits (e.g., parameter differences such as Delta OABSS and Delta MCBC), thereby verifying the effective mechanism of transurethral GreenLight laser-selective vaporization for refractory overactive bladder in women from the perspective of basic medicine, and providing solid evidence-based medicine and basic mechanism support for the extensive clinical promotion of this surgical procedure.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.合并精神疾病或严重躯体疾病； 2.合并膀胱出口梗阻； 3.合并尿路感染、结石等其他泌尿外科疾病； 4.近3个月内接受过泌尿生殖系统手术； 5.研究期间妊娠或有妊娠计划； 6.超声检查提示残余尿量> 100mL或合并肺部疾病； 7.有脑肿瘤手术史、脊髓损伤史，或确诊多发性硬化、阿尔茨海默病、脑卒中、帕金森病等神经系统疾病； 8.无法耐受本研究相关治疗操作的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Combined with mental illness or severe physical illness; 2. Combined with bladder outlet obstruction; 3. Concurrent urinary tract infections, calculi and other urological diseases; 4. Have undergone urogenital system surgery within the past three months; 5. Pregnancy or pregnancy plans during the study period; 6. Ultrasound examination indicates residual urine volume > 100mL or concurrent pulmonary disease; 7. Have a history of brain tumor surgery, spinal cord injury, or have been diagnosed with multiple sclerosis, Alzheimer's disease, stroke, Parkinson's disease and other neurological diseases; 8. Patients who could not tolerate the relevant treatment procedures in this study.
