研究目的：

本研究拟通过一项前瞻性、多中心临床研究，比较使用 JTK-C01A 智能控制医用电动转运床与人工转运床在术后患者院内转运过程中的表现，系统评价智能转运床在真实临床场景下的安全性及应用效果。研究重点关注其对转运相关不良事件风险的影响，并结合患者生命体稳定率、转运时间、人力投入及医患使用体验等方面，对医用电动转运床在术后患者院内转运中的综合应用价值进行评估，为转运设备的规范应用及转运质量改进提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to conduct a prospective, multicenter clinical study to compare the performance of the JTK-C01A intelligent controlled medical electric transport bed with manual transport beds during in-hospital transport of postoperative patients, systematically evaluating the safety and application effectiveness of the intelligent transport bed in real clinical settings. The study focuses on its impact on the risk of transport-related adverse events and, together with aspects such as patient vital stability, transport time, manpower input, and medical staff and patient user experience, assesses the overall application value of medical electric transport beds in the in-hospital transport of postoperative patients, providing a basis for the standardized use of transport equipment and improvement in transport quality.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.病情不稳定：危重患者（如需高浓度氧疗、多血管活性药物维持、GCS评分<9分）或处于未控制的出血、急性心肌梗死、严重心律失常等高风险状态者。 2.转运禁忌症：未固定的脊柱/骨折损伤、脑出血急性期（<24小时）、凝血功能障碍患者。 3.体重超过智能控制医用电动转运床JTK-C01A承载上限（如>150kg）或特殊体位无法适配者。 4.预计生存期<24小时或临终关怀患者。 5.存在传染性疾病需特殊隔离者。 6.病案资料不完整者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Unstable condition: Critically ill patients (such as those requiring high-concentration oxygen therapy, multiple vasoactive drugs for support, or GCS score <9) or those in high-risk states such as uncontrolled bleeding, acute myocardial infarction, or severe arrhythmia. 2. Contraindications for transfer: Unstable spinal or fracture injuries, acute phase of cerebral hemorrhage (<24 hours), or patients with coagulation disorders. 3. Body weight exceeds the carrying limit of the intelligent medical electric transfer bed JTK-C01A (e.g., >150kg) or patients who cannot be accommodated due to special positions. 4. Expected survival <24 hours or patients receiving end-of-life care. 5. Patients with infectious diseases requiring special isolation. 6. Incomplete medical records.
