研究目的：

多中心大样本确证亚洲型DEL血型患者输注RhD阳性血液的安全性及有效性，为亚洲型DEL血型患者建立D+血液输血指南提供临床依据。  

Objectives of Study：

A multicenter, large-sample clinical trial to confirm the safety and efficacy of RhD-positive blood transfusion in Asian-type DEL patients, providing clinical evidence for establishing D+ blood transfusion guidelines for Asian-type DEL patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.既往输血有严重输血不良反应的患者；
2.创伤等急性失血需要输血患者；
3.患有意识功能障碍、严重精神疾病患者；
4.其他经研究者判断不适宜参加本研究的患者；

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with a history of severe transfusion adverse reactions. 2. Patients requiring emergency blood transfusion for acute blood loss due to trauma or other causes. 3. Patients with impaired consciousness or severe mental illness. 4. Other patients deemed by the investigator to be unsuitable for participation in this study.
