应用暴露组学技术，系统评估孕期生活方式、环境污染物等多维暴露因素对子代神经发育的影响，筛选与子代神经发育障碍（Neurodevelopmental Disorders, NDDs）显著关联的致病因子，阐明其暴露-反应关系及关键易感窗口，挖掘潜在的NDDs早期预警标志物。

Objectives of Study：

Employing exposomic technologies, this study systematically evaluates the impact of multidimensional exposure factors—including lifestyle patterns and environmental pollutants during pregnancy—on offspring neurodevelopment. It aims to identify pathogenic factors significantly associated with neurodevelopmental disorders (NDDs) in offspring, elucidate the exposure-response relationships and critical windows of susceptibility, and explore potential early warning biomarkers for NDDs.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.多胎妊娠； 2.合并严重肝肾疾病、癌症等基础疾病； 3.无法配合完成规范的数据调查与生物样本采集。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Multiple pregnancy. 2. Complicated by pre-existing major medical conditions, including severe hepatic and renal disorders, malignancy, among others. 3. Inability to comply with or complete standardized data survey procedures and biological specimen collection.
