验证数字化 X 射线影像处理软件(eWordDRS V1)核心功能(脊柱区域自动分割、关键点自动标注、Cobb 角测量)与金标准(2 名影像科医师联合判定结果)的一致性,确认其在青少年脊柱侧弯人群影像处理中的有效性。  

Objectives of Study:

Verify the consistency between the core functions (automatic segmentation of the spinal region, automatic annotation of key points, and Cobb angle measurement) of the digital X-ray image processing software (eWordDRS V1) and the gold standard (joint determination of results by two radiologists), and confirm its effectiveness in image processing for adolescent scoliosis patients.

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

1.影像不符合 DICOM 标准、模糊不清或脊柱区域遮挡严重,无法进行分割与标注;
2.病历信息不完整(如缺失年龄、诊断记录、手术史等关键信息);
3.合并脊柱肿瘤、感染、骨折等其他脊柱疾病;
4.影像已用于其他同类医疗器械临床试验。

Exclusion criteria:

1.The image does not comply with the DICOM standard, is blurry, or has severe obstruction in the spinal region, making it impossible to perform segmentation and annotation;
2.The medical record information is incomplete (such as missing key information like age, diagnosis records, surgical history, etc.);
3.Combing spinal tumors, infections, fractures, and other spinal diseases;
4.The imaging technology has been utilized in clinical trials of other similar medical devices.
