研究目的：

本研究为一项前瞻性随机对照试验，目的旨在评估胰十二指肠切除术（PD）重建中Braun吻合术对胃排空延迟（DGE）的影响。通过比较在PD后重建中引入Braun吻合术（BE）与未引入BE的患者在术后DGE发生率上的差异，从而评估治疗的有效性和安全性，以便在是否将BE引入PD常规重建治疗时提供临床决策。  

Objectives of Study：

This is a prospective randomized controlled trial designed to evaluate the impact of Braun anastomosis (BE) on delayed gastric emptying (DGE) during pancreaticoduodenectomy (PD) reconstruction. By comparing the incidence of postoperative DGE between patients who undergo PD reconstruction with Braun anastomosis (BE) and those without BE, the study aims to assess the efficacy and safety of BE, thereby providing clinical evidence to guide decision-making regarding the routine application of BE in PD reconstruction.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 年龄<18岁； 2. 既往诊断为胃轻瘫； 3. 良性病变； 4. 既往接受过上消化道手术的患者； 5. 幽门梗阻患者； 6. PPPD； 7. 经新辅助或转化治疗患者； 8. 术前糖化血红蛋白（HbA 1C）> 7.5%； 9. 术前胆红素水平大于200μmol/L； 10. 未提供知情同意的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Age < 18 years; 2. Prior diagnosis of gastroparesis; 3. Benign disease as the indication for PD; 4. Previous history of upper gastrointestinal surgery; 5. Preoperative pyloric obstruction; 6. Planned pylorus-preserving pancreaticoduodenectomy (PPPD); 7. Patients who have received neoadjuvant or conversion therapy; 8. Preoperative glycated hemoglobin (HbA1c) > 7.5%; 9. Preoperative total bilirubin level > 200 μmol/L; 10. Unable or unwilling to provide written informed consent.
