研究目的：

建立陕西地区 65 岁以上人群不同衰弱状态的流行病学大样本资料数据库，为长期观察及干预研究提供研究平台；探讨相关危险因素、临床特征及预警指标。通过运动、营养等干预及随访，构建评估我国衰弱老人转归的预后模型，制定一套衰弱的综合防控管理方案。  

Objectives of Study：

To establish a large sample epidemiological data database of different frailty states in people over 65 years old in Shaanxi province, and to provide a research platform for long-term observation and intervention research. To explore the related risk factors, clinical features and early warning indicators. Through exercise, nutrition and other interventions and follow-up, a prognosis model for evaluating the outcome of the frail elderly in China was constructed, and a comprehensive prevention and management plan for frailty was formulated.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 近3月因发生重大心脑血管事件（包括心肌梗死、心绞痛、卒中、动脉血运重建）住院的患者； 2. 心力衰竭且心功能低于II级的患者； 3. 恶性肿瘤患者； 4. 无法配合治疗和随访； 5. 正在参加其他的临床试验； 6. 无法耐受研究药物或3个月内使用干预性药物者； 7. 研究者认为不应纳入者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Major cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events (including myocardial infarction, angina, and stroke) occurred in the past 3 months Middle and arterial revascularization); 2. patients with heart failure and lower cardiac function than class II; 3. patients with malignant tumors; 4. inability to cooperate with treatment and follow-up; 5. participating in other clinical trials; 6. patients who could not tolerate the study drug or used the intervention drug within 3 months; 7. Participants who were considered not to be included by the investigators.

The project statistician used the Excel random function (RAND function) to generate a random sequence of numbers, which were then allocated in a 1:1 ratio to the experimental groups and control groups of the frail elderly and the pre-frail elderly.
