纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

排除标准包括：无法提供知情同意、内镜检查禁忌证、结直肠疾病症状、炎症性肠病史、家族性腺瘤性息肉病史或既往结直肠手术史。排除关键数据不完整的病例。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria include: inability to provide informed consent, contraindications for endoscopic examination, symptoms of colorectal diseases, history of inflammatory bowel disease, family history of adenomatous polyps, or previous history of colorectal surgery. Cases with incomplete key data are excluded.

采用Excel软件进行数据采集与管理，由双人独立提取、核对并录入，经逻辑核查后建立分析数据库。所有数据去标识化处理，加密保存。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Data collection and management are carried out using Excel software. Two individuals independently extract, verify and input the data. After logical verification, an analysis database is established. All data are anonymized and encrypted for storage.
