本研究拟探讨瑞芬太尼抑制腔隙性脑梗患者气管插管反应的半数有效剂量。  

Objectives of Study：

The aim of this study was to investigate the half effective dose of remifentanil in inhibiting tracheal intubation response in patients with lacunar infarction.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）手术时间超过3小时；（2）术中出血量超过800ml

Exclusion criteria：

1. Operation time is longer than 3 hours;
2. The intraoperative blood loss is more than 800ml;
3. with history of chronic pain, history of drug allergy and application of antidepressant drugs.
