研究目的：

经前期综合征( premenstrual syndrome，PMS)属于女性最常见健康问题，是在黄体期反复出现周期性以情感、行为和躯体障碍为特征的综合征,目前尚缺乏标准化治疗方案。本研究使用针灸治疗和正念认知疗法，以期探索一条有效改善PMS生理心理症状的方案，从而形成更为完善高效的心身治疗理念。  

Objectives of Study：

Premenstrual syndrome (PMS) the most common health problems belong to women, is in the luteal phase repeated periodic is characterized by emotion, behavior and physical barriers of syndrome, there is a lack of standardized treatment plan.In this study, acupuncture and mindfulness cognitive therapy were used to explore an effective program to improve the physiological and psychological symptoms of PMS, so as to form a more complete and efficient psychosomatic treatment concept.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

针刺治疗： （1）穴位处方： 百会、神庭、命门、腰俞、腰阳关、关元、中脘、中极。 （2）操作方法：采用直径0.30mm×40mm毫针或0.25×40mm毫针，行平补平泻手法；根据穴位位置分取仰卧位和俯卧位，每穴治疗各15min，每周2次，两个月1个疗程，共1个疗程。 MBCT组 MBCT纲要如下： 第一部分:建立治疗联盟。识别自动思维，介绍躯体扫描，呼吸冥想，葡萄干练习。作业:阅读身体扫描冥想技巧，每天30分钟的正式练习(躯体扫描)；非正式练习，感知一些常规活动，如洗碗或吃饭。 第二部分:帮助患者认识到想法不是事实，教授患者使用思维记录，静坐冥想时将呼吸作为意识的主要对象，并与身体扫描交替进行。作业:阅读，做正式和非正式的静坐冥想。 第三部分:在生活中，在冥想和行走冥想中处理无意识的想法。作业:正念瑜伽。 第四部分:呼吸空间,与困难共处的练习。作业:正念瑜伽和静坐冥想。 第五部分:处理困难情绪，智慧冥想和步行冥想。作业:正念瑜伽。 第六部分：沟通交流,巩固和深化个人的正念练习。作业:聆听他人，正念瑜伽。 第七部分:够好的照顾自己,滋养与耗损活动,应对身体耗竭。作业:爱自己，正念瑜伽。 第八部分:延续与扩展新的学习，身体扫描,治疗回顾与反思、日后练习规划。 针刺+MBCT组 在针刺法治疗的同时，联合MBCT 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

Acupuncture treatment: (1) acupoint prescription: baihui, shenting, mingmen, yaoyu, yaoyangguan, guanyuan, zhongwan and zhongji. (2) operation method: 0.30mm 40mm millineedle or 0.25 40mm millineedle in diameter were used to perform the manipulation of plain replenishing and plain purging;According to the position of acupoints, the supine position and prone position were selected, and each point was treated for 15min, twice a week, with one course of treatment for two months, a total of one course of treatment. MBCT group The MBCT outline is as follows: Part I: establishing therapeutic alliances.Automatic mind recognition, body scanning, breathing meditation, raisin exercises.Homework: read the body scanning meditation technique, 30 minutes of formal practice each day (body scanning);Practice informally and become aware of routine activities such as washing dishes or eating. Part ii: helping the patient to recognize that thoughts are not facts. Teaching the patient to use a mental record.Homework: read and do both formal and informal meditation. Part 3: process unconscious thoughts in life, in meditation and walking meditation.Assignment: mindfulness yoga. Part iv: breathing space, practice with difficulties.Homework: mindfulness yoga and meditation. Part five: dealing with difficult emotions, wisdom meditation and walking meditation.Assignment: mindfulness yoga. Part six: communication, consolidating and deepening individual mindfulness practice.Assignment: listen to others and practice mindfulness yoga. Part seven: taking good care of yourself, nourishing and depleting activities, dealing with physical exhaustion.Homework: love yourself. Mindfulness yoga. Part 8: continuing and extending new learning, body scanning, therapy review and reflection, and future practice planning. Acupuncture + MBCT group At the same time of acupuncture treatment, combined with MBCT 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

(1)年龄小于18岁或大于40岁；(2)处于妊娠期或哺乳期或围绝经期女性；(3)合并有精神疾病、肝肾、心脑血管、肺或造血系统等原发性疾病；(4)就诊前3个月内有口服避孕药和激素使用药物史；(5)就诊前6~12个月内有酒精中毒史或物质滥用史；(6)有针刺禁忌者；(7)未签署知情同意书者；(8)未能完成全部治疗过程者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) women in pregnancy or lactation or perimenopause;
(2) patients with mental diseases, liver and kidney diseases, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, pulmonary diseases or hematopoietic diseases;
(3) history of oral contraceptives and hormone use within 3 months before the visit;
(4) a history of alcohol intoxication or substance abuse within 6 to 12 months before the visit;
(5) patients with acupuncture taboos;
(6) failing to sign the informed consent;
(7) fail to complete the whole treatment process.
