研究目的:

比较虚拟现实平衡训练与传统康复训练对踝关节距腓前韧带修补术后患者运动功能恢复的效果,评估虚拟现实平衡训练在提高患者踝关节运动功能方面的有效性。  

Objectives of Study:

To compare the effects of virtual reality‑based balance training with conventional rehabilitation training on motor function recovery in patients after anterior talofibular ligament repair of the ankle, and to evaluate the effectiveness of virtual reality‑based balance training in improving ankle motor function in these patients.

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

1.合并其他踝关节韧带损伤或伴发骨折; 2.同侧踝关节有手术史,或对侧踝关节存在需要治疗的不稳; 3.存在影响平衡或下肢功能的神经系统疾病; 4.患有严重的心血管或呼吸系统疾病、未受控制的糖尿病,或其他干扰主动康复的全身性疾病; 5.既往有晕动病史,或在既往虚拟现实体验中出现严重不适; 6.妊娠或哺乳期; 7.同时参与可能干扰本研究结果的另一项临床试验。

Exclusion criteria:

1. Combined injury of other ankle ligaments or associated fractures; 2. History of surgery on the same-side ankle, or instability requiring treatment in the opposite-side ankle; 3. Presence of neurological diseases affecting balance or lower limb function; 4. Severe cardiovascular or respiratory diseases, uncontrolled diabetes, or other systemic diseases that interfere with active rehabilitation; 5. History of motion sickness, or severe discomfort during previous virtual reality experiences; 6. Pregnancy or lactation; 7. Participation in another clinical trial that may interfere with the results of this study.
