研究目的：

主要目的:调查中山市婴幼儿牛奶蛋白过敏患儿的临床特征、营养干预及管理现状，并观察其随访期间牛奶蛋白耐受形成情况。 次要目的： 1. 描述患儿一般人口学特征及过敏相关因素分布； 2. 分析患儿临床表现谱及系统受累特点； 3. 描述实验室检查结果在已检测患儿中的分布情况； 4. 了解饮食回避及特殊配方奶粉喂养现状； 5. 观察患儿随访期间症状转归及生长发育变化。  

Objectives of Study：

Primary Objective:To investigate the clinical characteristics, nutritional intervention and management status of infants and young children with cow's milk protein allergy (CMPA) in Zhongshan City, and to observe the formation of cow's milk protein tolerance during the follow-up period.Secondary Objectives:1. To describe the general demographic characteristics and distribution of allergy-related factors among the children;2. To analyze the clinical manifestation spectrum and systemic involvement features of the patients;3. To describe the distribution of laboratory examination results in tested children;4. To understand the current status of dietary avoidance and special formula feeding;5. To observe the symptom prognosis and growth and development changes of children during follow-up.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 存在各种先天性疾病或免疫缺陷病； 2. 基本信息不完整； 3. 经研究者判断认为不适合参与本研究； 4. 拒绝参加问卷填写及随访。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Those with any congenital disease or immunodeficiency disorder; 2. Incomplete basic information; 3. Assessed by the researchers as ineligible for this study; 4. Refusal to fill in the questionnaire and accept follow-up.
