研究目的:

目前痛风和高尿酸血症对认知功能的确切影响目前尚不明确。本研究拟通过建立临床病例数据库,完善SNP芯片检测和脑多模态影像学研究,评估痛风患者的临床分型、风险SNPs、脑结构、功能及其网络特征,发现痛风的临床亚型和认知功能改变的影像学特征和遗传学机制,填补国内外研究的空白。  

Objectives of Study:

The precise impact of gout and hyperuricemia on cognitive function remains unclear. This study aims to establish a clinical case database, complemented by SNP chip testing and multimodal brain imaging, to evaluate the clinical subtypes, risk SNPs, brain structure, functional connectivity, and network characteristics in patients with gout. The research is designed to identify clinical subtypes of gout, delineate neuroimaging markers of cognitive alterations, and elucidate underlying genetic mechanisms, thereby addressing a significant gap in current research both domestically and internationally.

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

1.合并系统性红斑狼疮、类风湿关节炎、强直性脊柱炎、干燥综 合征或其他结缔组织病分类标准; 2.器质性脑病或神经系统疾病(如外伤性脑损 伤、手术、帕金森病或癫痫病史)可能干扰脑成像的患者; 3.有严重活动性精神 病表现者(如严重行为障碍和意识障碍); 4.有酗酒史及吸毒史; 5.有磁共振检 查禁忌者(如幽闭恐惧症、金属植入物等); 6.有可能导致脑萎缩的严重临床情 况者(如有高血压、糖尿病、脑卒中、肾功能不全病史等); 7.常规磁共振平扫 提示脑结构异常者。

Exclusion criteria:

1. Presence of systemic lupus erythematosus, rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, Sjogren's syndrome, or other connective tissue diseases classified by standard criteria. 2. Patients with organic brain disease or neurological disorders (e.g., history of traumatic brain injury, surgery, Parkinson's disease, or epilepsy) that may interfere with brain imaging. 3. Patients with severe active psychiatric symptoms (e.g., severe behavioral disorders and consciousness disorders). 4. History of alcoholism or drug abuse. 5. Contraindications to MRI examination (e.g., claustrophobia, metal implants, etc.). 6. Severe clinical conditions that may lead to brain atrophy (e.g., history of hypertension, diabetes, stroke, renal insufficiency, etc.). 7. Abnormal brain structure indicated by routine MRI plain scan.
