研究目的：

揭示2000m/3000m海拔梯度下世代高海拔人群、平原移居人群，与长期平原人群的认知负荷差异及其神经生理机制，明确认知负荷指标与高原缺氧性脑病的关联模式，为高危人群筛查与认知保护提供理论支撑。  

Objectives of Study：

To reveal the differences in cognitive load and neurophysiological mechanisms between 2000m/3000m altitude populations, migrants and long-term plain populations, and to clarify the association pattern between cognitive load indexes and plateau hypoxic encephalopathy (HIE), so as to provide theoretical support for high-risk population screening and cognitive protection.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.孕妇或哺乳期妇女；
2.近期长期使用可能影响认知功能或中枢神经系统的药物（如抗胆碱能药、镇静剂、抗抑郁药、兴奋剂等）；
3.近24小时内摄入酒精或其他精神活性物质；
4.测试前一晚存在失眠；
5.近4周内参与过其他涉及认知任务或脑功能测量的研究；
6.存在fNIRS检测禁忌症（如头部严重皮肤病、对仪器材料过敏等）；
7.认知任务过程中不配合或态度不认真；
8.反复尝试后仍不理解认知任务范式规则；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Pregnant women or women who are breastfeeding;
2.Drugs that may affect cognitive functions or the central nervous system if used for a long time (such as anticholinergic drugs, sedatives, antidepressants, stimulants, etc.);
3.Consumption of alcohol or other psychoactive substances within the last 24 hours;
4.There was insomnia the night before the test.
5.Having participated in other studies involving cognitive tasks or brain function measurements within the past 4 weeks;
6.There are contraindications for fNIRS testing (such as severe skin diseases on the head, allergies to the instrument materials, etc.);
7.Failure to cooperate or lack of seriousness in the cognitive task process;
8.After repeated attempts, one still fails to understand the rules of the cognitive task paradigm.
