研究目的：

收集患者及家系的临床数据、生物样本，定期随访，研究家族性高胆固醇血症合并黄色瘤患者及其家系成员的临床特征、基因组学及蛋白组学关联性。  

Objectives of Study：

Collect clinical data and biological samples from patients and their families, conduct regular follow-ups, and study the clinical characteristics, genomic and proteomic correlations of patients with familial hypercholesterolemia combined with xanthomas and their family members.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.无法给予知情同意； 2.严重精神疾病或认知障碍； 3.妊娠期或哺乳期的女性； 4.继发性高胆固醇血症：甲减未控制、肾病综合征、 慢性肝病等； 5.严重肝肾功能不全、恶性肿瘤、严重感染、自身免疫病活动期.

Exclusion criteria：

1. Unable to give informed consent; 2. Severe mental illness or cognitive impairment; 3. Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding; 4. Secondary high cholesterol: uncontrolled hypothyroidism, nephrotic syndrome, chronic liver disease, etc.; 5. Severe liver or kidney dysfunction, malignant tumors, serious infections, or active autoimmune diseases.
