开发并验证基于多模态医学影像的非侵入性人工智能模型，用于实现胃肠道肿瘤良恶性鉴别及术前淋巴结转移（LNM）风险预测，为个体化诊疗决策提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

Develop and validate an non-invasive artificial intelligence model based on multimodal medical images, for the purpose of differentiating between benign and malignant gastrointestinal tumors and predicting the risk of preoperative lymph node metastasis (LNM), thereby providing a basis for individualized diagnosis and treatment decisions.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 在检查之前接受过治疗（放射疗法、化学疗法或放化疗疗法）的患者； 2. 具有幽闭恐惧症的患者，无法完成影像检查； 3. 缺乏影像或临床数据； 4. 无法完成后继临床诊疗。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients who have received treatment (radiotherapy, chemotherapy or chemoradiotherapy) before the examination; 2. Patients with claustrophobia are unable to complete imaging examinations; 3. Lack of imaging or clinical data; 4. Subsequent clinical diagnosis and treatment cannot be completed.
