比较一期后路病灶清除非结构性植骨与结构性植骨治疗单节段胸椎结核的临床疗效。  

Objectives of Study：

To compare the curative effect of one stage posterior debridement with non-structural bone graft and structural bone graft in the treatment of single segment thoracic tuberculosis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）未经病理检查确诊的可疑脊柱结核患者。（2）多节段脊柱结核、颈腰椎等其他节段脊柱结核。（3）既往脊柱手术史。（4）活动性肺结核、恶性肿瘤等。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Suspected spinal tuberculosis patients without pathological examination;
(2) Multi-segmental spinal tuberculosis, cervical or lumbar spine tuberculosis, etc.;
(3) Previous history of spinal surgery;
(4) Active pulmonary tuberculosis, malignant tumor, etc.
